Why Take off & Landing, passengers had to open the window?

Have your ever noticed that when the airplanes going to take-off or landing, stewardess will ask all passengers to open their window?Do you know the reason why it is so important?Alright, let's discuss it.

There are several reasons, in the event of an emergency:


1. From the plane to see if there was a fire on the outside of the plane, so that cabin crew can close the emergency door that cannot be skipped because there is a fire or other obstacles.

2. Rescuers can see from the outside how the situation inside the plane.

3. Our eyes need time to adapt from light to dark and vice versa. The windows opened so the eyes don’t have adapted to the circumstances. This also explains why the lights are turned off during night take off.
